DANGER EGO see the light in 2005, from the meeting of some Florence (IT) area musicians, already active in other bands (Terrametèa, Bleff, Chèquers, Florence New Grass).
Black Sabbath, Faith No More and Audioslave echo in the head, and the quintet begins to produce original material, bringing it around the most prestigious stages of Tuscany (Viper Theatre, The Cage Club, Borderline, Zenigata, CPA Fi Sud, La Limonaia-Fucecchio).
Armed with a significant live impact, they reach senior positions in various contests (including Lucca Summerfestival and Music W Festival)
and open the gigs for major bands of the italian underground scene (Heike Has The Giggles, Calibro 35, Maniscalco Maldestro, El Thule, Qube);
their music is also chosen as background for the site of Danilo Petrucci, a rising star in the Italian motorcycling Superbike.
'AUTOPSY' (2011, June) is their first full-lenght.
The 11 songs capture the vision of the band properly: hard rock, stoner, psychedelic, rock'n'roll, Guns running about in a Cadillac for Palm Desert while Coverdale wakes up listening to Alter Bridge.
Compact frontal riffs, an expressive voice, all enhanced by the ethereal textures of moog and supported by a squared and powerful rhythm.
Despite the effort, it doesn't want to be a goal; only the starting point for new personal and musical targets !

I DANGER EGO vedono la luce nel 2005, dall'incontro di musicisti dell'area fiorentina, già attivi in altre band (Terrametèa, Bleff, Chèquers, Florence New Grass).
In testa risuonano i Black Sabbath, Faith No More ed Audioslave, e il quintetto inizia a produrre materiale originale, portandolo in giro per i palchi più prestigiosi della Toscana (Viper Theatre, The Cage Club, Borderline, Zenigata, CPA Fi Sud, La Limonaia-Fucecchio).
Forti di un notevole impatto live, raggiungono posizioni di rilievo in vari contests (fra cui Lucca summerfestival e Musica W Festival)
ed aprono i concerti di band di rilievo dell'underground italiano (Heike Has The Giggles, Calibro 35, Maniscalco Maldestro, El Thule, Qube);
la loro musica è scelta anche come background del sito di Danilo Petrucci, astro nascente nel motociclismo italiano Superbike.
'AUTOPSY' (Giugno 2011) è il loro primo full-lenght.
Gli 11 brani ben catturano la visione della band: hard rock, stoner, psichedelia, rock'n'roll, i Guns che scorrazzano in Cadillac per Palm Desert mentre Coverdale si sveglia ascoltando gli Alter Bridge.
Riffs compatti e frontali, una vocalità espressiva, tutto impreziosito da eteree tessiture di moog e sostenuto da una ritmica quadrata e potente.
Nonostante lo sforzo prodotto, non vuole essere un traguardo; solo il punto di partenza per nuovi obbiettivi personali e musicali !
